We can’t wait to meet you!
At Phoenix Performance & Rehab, we believe healthcare should feel personal, intentional, and built around the individual, not rushed visits, cookie-cutter plans, or temporary fixes. Our mission is simple: help people move better, feel stronger, and return to the life they want with a clear plan and the right support.
Dr. Ashley Padilla
Dr. Ashley Padilla built Phoenix Performance & Rehab from personal experience. After navigating her own injuries and seeing firsthand what it feels like to not receive the level of care, attention, and answers patients deserve, she knew there had to be a better way.
As a former athlete and clinician, Dr. Ashley created a practice that blends medical insight with performance-based rehabilitation. Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain, improving movement, and helping patients build long-term resilience, not just short-term relief. Whether you are recovering from injury, trying to stay active, or wanting to perform at a higher level, she is committed to helping you rise stronger than before.
